Shipping Region

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. No shipping charges apply.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Processing time is additional to delivery time

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@vinylmoment.com. We can only update the address before the order has shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your mail area first. If still not found, contact us within 5 business days and we will file a claim with the carrier.
