30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Customized or special-order items are non-returnable
• Sale items are eligible for return unless marked final sale

Return Process

1. Email info@vinylmoment.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return shipping address within 24 hours
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or assembled
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Clearance or final-sale items

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
